About us

Dorssers Manufacturing Limited started in 2014 in a small town on the outskirts of Peterborough. With over ten years of fabrication, machining, integration and programming experience we strive for total satisfaction.

The team at Dorssers Manufacturing supports complete system design, ranging from electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. We have a full machine shop to support in-house fabrication of all our products and services. We also stock a large variety of hardware components for jobs.

We have extensive experience in programming and troubleshooting the complete line of Allen-Bradley controllers including PLC5, SLC50X, Micro-Logix, and ControlLogix PLC Controllers. We also support Schneider Electric Controllers ranging from Modicon, Premium and Quantum Controllers. We also have the ability to program using the full suite of IEC61131 languages.

Alongside PLC controllers, we also support ABB C5.3 and IRC5 / IRC5P paint robots. We can provide integration, commissioning, advanced trouble shooting support as well as programming support for all your potential project needs.

Dorssers Manufacturing has specific training in many Ransburg paint application products ranging from Dyna-Flow metering systems, RMA202 bell applicators, and bell control systems with both integration and trouble-shooting experience.
